Hiking and Pumpkins

I can't believe October is almost over, where has the fall gone?  I have so many good memories of fall growing up...playing in leaves with my sister, hikes to John Bryan State Park, trick-or-treating and my dad wearing the same costume EVERY year (I love it dad!), mom making homemade donuts, Windmill Farm for pumpkins and cider slushies.  The list could go on and on!  Point is that now I am ready to make some memories and traditions with Ben and Charlie, and this weekend was a great start.

                            Later that evening, we carved Charlie's first pumpkin!!  He "helped" get out the
                                                     goo,  Ben helped eat the seeds!

I can't take credit for this beautiful (wink wink) pumpkin creation, Ben is the master carver :)  Halloween weekend is coming up...stay tuned for pics of our little pony!
